Composition: white wheat flour, kebab 26% (beef I and II categories 86%, beef tallow, table salt, white pepper, onion, acidity regulator E332 and E331; antioxidant E300 and E301), water, margarine, mixture of vegetable oils (palm, sunflower), water, emulsifier of mono and diglyceride acids, sunflower lecithin: table salt, acids: lactic, lemon: preservative: potassium sorbate: butter aroma, color: beta carotene, baker's yeast, sugar, dough improver (wheat gluten, emulsifiers: mono- and diacetyltartaric acid esters and mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids_ antioxidant: ascorbic acid, enzymes: a-amylase). The product may contain eggs, milk, soy, sesame, shallot and celery.
Instructions for preparation: Arrange the frozen pieces on a tray, leave in a warm place for 60-90 minutes to thaw and grow to approximately double in volume. if desired, brush with an egg beaten with a little oil and bake at a temperature of 190-210°C for about 20 minutes until it reaches a golden-brown color.
